Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Pear
  • 2 pieces Banana
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 150 grams Grapes
  • 200 grams Pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
  • 200 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 50 grams Chopped almonds
  • 20 grams Dark chocolate shavings (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly.

Peel the apples, pears, bananas, and orange. Remove seeds from the apples and pears, and cut them into bite-sized cubes.

Slice the banana into thin rounds and separate the orange segments, removing any seeds or membranes if necessary.
