  • 240 milliliters Strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 30 milliliters Coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 200 grams Ladyfingers (Savoiardi)
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 20 grams Dark chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese until fully combined. Be careful not to deflate the mixture.
