Ingredients

  • 3 large Ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Milk

Directions

Step 1

Peel and cube the mangoes, removing the pit. Place the mango cubes in a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Add the Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and milk to the blender.

Step 3

Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.

Step 4

Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion when freezing.

Step 5

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and gently tap them on the countertop to remove any air bubbles.

Step 6

Freeze the molds for at least 6 hours or, preferably, overnight until the pops are completely solid.

Step 7

To remove the mango pops, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds to release them easily.

Step 8

Enjoy your Frozen Mango Pops as a healthy and refreshing treat!
