Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 cup salsa

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
