Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup Corn kernels (canned or fresh, cooked)
  • 3 cups Fritos corn chips
  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing or Catalina dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spatula as it cooks.
