Ingredients

  • 250 g Rice noodles
  • 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 Spring onions, chopped
  • 100 g Bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp Ground white pepper
  • 2 Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10-15 minutes until they are just tender. Drain and set aside.

2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Set aside.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
