Ingredients

  • 10 pieces fresh green chilies
  • 4 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 piece lime
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 0.25 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the green chilies and cilantro thoroughly.

Remove the stems from the green chilies and roughly chop them. If you prefer a milder sauce, remove the seeds from some or all of the chilies.

Peel the garlic cloves.
