  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium, diced Onion
  • 1 small, finely chopped Jalapeño
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Cilantro
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 whole, cut into wedges Lime
  • 2 medium, diced Tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the spice mix.
