Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Chinese cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 3 stalks Green onion
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon (grated) Fresh ginger
  • 1 clove (minced) Garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the Chinese cabbage thoroughly and pat it dry. Slice it into thin strips and place in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin matchsticks (julienne). Add them to the bowl with the cabbage.

Step 3

Core and thinly slice the red bell pepper into strips. Add to the bowl.

Chop the green onions into thin slices and roughly chop the cilantro. Add both to the salad bowl.
