Directions

Step 1

Brew 240 ml of strong espresso coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. Add 60 ml of coffee liqueur if using, then set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 500 grams of mascarpone cheese, 100 grams of granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons of French vanilla extract until smooth.
