Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds (sliced or chopped)

  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoons Almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed.
