  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

  • 1.5 cups Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Gently press the pastry into the pan and trim the edges. Poke the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
