  • 500 grams beef sirloin
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes into rounds about 1/8 inch thick. Set them aside.

Cut the beef sirloin into small bite-sized pieces. Season them with half of the salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef pieces until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
