Ingredients

  • 1 approximately 4 pounds whole chicken
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 4 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced
  • 2 whole rosemary sprigs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano to form a marinade.

Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Remove any giblets if they are inside the cavity.
