Ingredients

  • 2 5 oz cans canned tuna, drained
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 pieces bread slices
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, red onion, and dill pickle relish.

Step 2

Add salt and black pepper, and stir until the mixture is well combined.

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
