Ingredients

  • 500 grams All-purpose flour
  • 350 milliliters Warm water
  • 80 milliliters Olive oil
  • 7 grams Instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, instant yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, or until the mixture is foamy.

Step 2

Add the all-purpose flour and salt to the bowl. Gradually stir to combine, forming a sticky dough.

Step 3

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the dough. Knead the dough in the bowl or on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
