Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl, mixing thoroughly until the batter is smooth.
