Ingredients

  • 14 oz (canned, drained and chopped) Artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups (chopped) Fresh spinach
  • 8 oz (softened) Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup (grated) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (shredded) Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves (minced) Garlic
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0 (for serving, optional) Baguette slices or tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped spinach until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.
