Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) baking tin with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together 125 grams of butter and 50 grams of granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
