Ingredients

  • 4 cups Green cabbage
  • 2 cups Red cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cups Fresh cilantro
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 0.5 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Shred the green cabbage and red cabbage into thin strips and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Peel and grate the carrots using a box grater or food processor. Add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
