Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roast turkey
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 large Tomato

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and smoked paprika until well combined to create a spicy mayo. Set aside.

Slice the tomato and red onion thinly. Prepare the arugula and pickled jalapeños for assembly.

Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
