Ingredients

  • 200 grams Feta cheese
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 10 grams Fresh peppermint leaves
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Crumble the feta cheese into small chunks and place it in a food processor.

Add the cream cheese to the food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Rinse and pat dry the peppermint leaves. Finely chop them and set aside a small pinch for garnish.

Peel and roughly chop the garlic clove. Add the garlic to the food processor.
