Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 200 grams Feta cheese
  • 100 grams Ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 clove Garlic clove
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese and combine it with the ricotta cheese.

Finely chop the dill, parsley, and garlic. Add them to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
