Directions

Step 1

Cut the feta cheese into 2 cm cubes and set aside.

Peel the garlic cloves and gently smash them with the flat side of a knife to slightly release their flavor. Do not mince or chop.

In a clean, sterilized glass jar, layer the feta cubes along with the garlic cloves, rosemary, thyme, dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, black peppercorns, and the lemon zest strip.
