Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Step 2

Cut the tops off each bell pepper and remove the seeds and membranes. Rinse the insides and set them aside to dry.

In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
