Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 200 grams Feta cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 60 grams Breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in a pot of salted water for 12-15 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and allow them to cool slightly.
