Ingredients

  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

Wash and slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into thin strips. Peel and julienne the carrot. Rinse the broccoli florets and snow peas, and pat them dry.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until well combined to form the stir-fry sauce. Set aside.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
