Ingredients

  • 4 cups egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Stir in the minced garlic, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
