Ingredients

  • 115 g Unsalted butter, softened
  • 150 g Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 200 g Mixed dried fruits (e.g., raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots)
  • 100 g Chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts, pecans)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together using a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
