Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumbers
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 5 small Radishes
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 0.25 bunch Mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Sumac spice
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the pita bread into small bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Drizzle the pita pieces with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle liberally with 1 teaspoon of sumac spice. Toss well to coat.
