  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 liter Neutral oil (for frying)
  • 400 grams Frozen French fries
  • 200 grams Elbow macaroni
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 150 grams Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour (for roux)
  • 50 ml BBQ sauce
  • 50 ml Ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Submerge the chicken tenderloins in the mixture and let them marinate for 20 minutes.

In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, and the remaining salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 175°C (350°F).
