Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cups sour cream
  • 0.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons pepper
  • 0.5 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until bright green and just tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
