  • 2 pounds Ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 0.25 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the milk.
