  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 60 milliliters Milk
  • 80 grams Dried apricots, chopped
  • 60 grams Raisins
  • 60 grams Dried cranberries
  • 50 grams Chopped walnuts
  • 50 grams Chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
