  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay the noodles flat on a clean kitchen towel to prevent sticking.
