  • 1 Egg (for binding, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or oil (for cooking flatbread)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.

Gradually add water and vegetable oil to the flour, mixing continuously until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for 15 minutes.
