Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint
  • 3 small Radishes
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the pita bread into bite-sized strips or triangles and lay them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the bread pieces and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Toss lightly to coat.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the pita pieces are golden brown and crispy. Set aside to cool.
