  • 6 pieces Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season them on both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 5-6 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy. Flip and sear the other side for another 3-4 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
