  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 12 oz egg noodles

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin or tenderloin into thin strips, about 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches long. Season with salt and black pepper.

Lightly coat the beef strips with flour by tossing them in a medium bowl with the flour until evenly coated.
