  • 2 cups Kale leaves

  • 0.5 teaspoon Anchovy paste (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the whole grain bread into 1-inch cubes to make croutons. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly.
