  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
