Ingredients

  • 500 grams broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 large garlic cloves

  • 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the slivered almonds until they are golden brown and fragrant, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
