  • 4 whole Lemons
  • 100 grams Granulated sugar
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 liters Cold water
  • 10 pieces Ice cubes
  • 4 slices Optional: Lemon slices for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Wash the lemons thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a clean towel.

Step 2

Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice into a large bowl or measuring cup. Use a fine mesh strainer to remove any seeds. Aim for approximately 3/4 cup (180 ml) of lemon juice.
