Directions

Step 1

Toast the English muffins until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

Prepare the hollandaise sauce by placing a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Ensure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.

Add the egg yolks to the bowl and whisk continuously along with 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar until the mixture is pale and thickened.
