Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 3 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 12 sheets Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground pork until no longer pink, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.

Add shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the thinly sliced green onions. Let the filling cool slightly.

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you, resembling a diamond shape.
