Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Add the diced green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow onion, and diced ham to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly softened.
