Directions

Step 1

Prepare the marinade by mixing the soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, toss to coat, and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
