Ingredients

  • 1 tube Refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 oz Sliced salami
  • 4 oz Sliced pepperoni
  • 4 oz Sliced deli ham
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Step 2

Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough onto a clean, flat surface into a large rectangular shape, about 10x14 inches.

Step 3

Evenly layer the sliced salami, pepperoni, and deli ham over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Step 4

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the meats.

Step 5

Starting on one long side, carefully roll up the dough tightly like a jelly roll. Pinch the seam and ends to seal completely.

Step 6

Transfer the rolled stromboli onto the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.

Step 7

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash. Brush the egg wash over the surface of the stromboli.

Step 8

Sprinkle the egg-washed stromboli with dried Italian seasoning and garlic powder for extra flavor.

Step 9

Using a sharp knife, make 4-5 small slits along the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape during baking.

Step 10

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 11

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into 1-inch thick pieces.

Step 12

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
