  • 12 ounces raw shrimp
  • 3 scallions (green onions)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Slice the smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds. Add the sausage to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove and set aside.
