Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 4 cups Cooked white or brown rice
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
